Wild Crystal Substrate is made from a calcium carbonate crystal rock (calcite) quarried in Australia. This rock is then sorted to remove unwanted material before it is crushed and graded into its component sizes of Fine, Medium and Course Grades.

The graded material is then coloured using approved food colours which are translucent to allow the subtle sparkle from the crystal rock to shine through.

Wild Crystal Substrate is made entirely in Australia.
